Frontals & wigs must arrive 7 days before. Late: 5–4 days +£15 · 3–2 days +£20.

Unless a wash & blow dry has been added to your booking, arrive with hair clean, blow-dried root to tip, free of oil/grease products or leave-in conditioners. Water-based heat protectant is allowed. Reused bundles must be cleaned, dry and fully combed out. We do not accept bundles that have been cut into small sections, blunt cut, or tangled.

For all ponytail services (frontal & natural), hair must be long enough to gather into one. Pixie cuts or uneven hair that cannot be gathered are not suitable. If unsure, DM or email us to request a consultation before booking.

Your scalp must be healthy and free from any irritation. If you have recently relaxed your hair, allow a minimum of 7 days before your appointment for your scalp to recover. Appointments will not be carried out on sore, tender or irritated scalps.

We do not accept dense frontals, synthetic hair, 4x4 or t-part wigs, or foreign frontals.

One child over the age of 5 is allowed during the appointment, provided they are well-behaved and prior notice is given. Friends & family are not permitted to attend your appointment.

Please add 'thick/long hair' to your booking if it applies to you - it's free! If you have a low hairline, please DM or email before booking to assess suitability. If you have multiple appointments booked, ensure they are planned accordingly. Our services cannot be rushed.

We currently supply hair to our clients only. DM us for our price list before booking so you can review available textures, lengths, and pricing. Once booked, confirm your desired hair (length, texture, etc.) with us - a secure payment link will be sent to complete your hair order. Once payment is received, your hair will be ready on the day. Hair must be ordered at least 8 working days before your appointment.
